参松养心胶囊治疗窦性心动过缓疗效观察

目的研究参松养心胶囊治疗窦性心动过缓的临床效果。方法选取医院2015年11月至2016年11月收治的窦性心动过缓患者66例,按照不同的治疗方法将其分为两组,各33例。对照组行常规治疗,试验组则在常规治疗基础上加用参松养心胶囊。结果两组治疗后左心室收缩末容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末容积(LVESD)呈明显下降趋势,而射血分数(LVEF)明显提升,且试验组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后患者心功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊治疗窦性心动过缓的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsules in the treatment of sinus bradycardia.Methods From November 2015 to November 2016,66 cases of sinus bradycardia in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,the experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Shensong Yangxin Capsules.Results After treatment,LVESV and LVESD levels in the two groups were significantly decreased,while LVEF increased significantly,and the improvement in the test group was more significan(P<0.05).The total efficiency of treatment in the test group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment the heart function index in the test group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin Capsules are effective in the treatment of sinus bradycardia,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
