加味二仙汤对糖尿病肾病肾功能指标的影响

目的探讨加味二仙汤对糖尿病肾病肾功能指标的影响。方法选择2016年6月至2017年1月糖尿病肾病患者90例,随机分为对照组和中医组,各45例。对照组采用西药治疗,中医组给予加味二仙汤治疗。结果中医组糖尿病肾病临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);中医组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,中医组血尿素氮(BUN)、尿微量蛋白(mALB)和血肌酐(SCr)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味二仙汤对糖尿病肾病BUN指标有明显降低作用,可有效改善患者肾功能,减少不良反应,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Erxian Decoction on renal function in diabetic nephropathy.Methods From June 2016 to January 2017,90 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into groups according to the digital table.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the TCM group was treated with Jiawei Erxian Decoction.Results The clinical curative effect of diabetic nephropathy in TCM group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects in TCM group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,BUN,urine MALB and SCR in the TCM group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Erxian Decoction can significantly reduce the BUN index of diabetic nephropathy,which can effectively improve renal function,reduce adverse reactions with high safety.
