不同剂量右美托咪定对老年腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术术后认知功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量右美托咪定对老年腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术术后认知功能的影响。方法选择医院2016年10月至2017年10月收治的行全身麻醉(简称全麻)下拟行腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术的老年患者100例,随机分成4组,各25例,A组为参照组,B组为低剂量组,C组为中剂量组,D组为高剂量组。B,C,D组患者在进行麻醉前给予0.5μg/kg的右美托咪定,滴注时间为15min,患者在进行气管插管后分别泵入0.2,0.5,0.8μg/(kg·h)的右美托咪定,在患者手术结束前40min停止泵入;A组患者采用0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉滴注。结果C组和D组患者术后并发症发生率比A组、B组低(P<0.05);D组患者的各项指标比其他3组患者高(P<0.05)。结论在患者行麻醉前注射0.5μg/kg的右美托咪定。术中采用0.5,0.8μg/(kg·h)的速度注射右美托咪定,老年患者腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术后早期认知功能的影响得到有效缓解,采用0.5μg/(kg·h)的速度注射右美托咪定的效果较理想,安全性高,值得推广。
