天麻素注射液治疗癫痫43例疗效观察

目的探讨天麻素注射液治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月医院收治的癫痫患者86例,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组患者应用常规药物卡马西平治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上添加天麻素注射液治疗,均持续治疗14d。结果研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗基础上添加天麻素进行治疗癫痫患者,可有效提升治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Gastrodia Injection in tredting epileptic patients.Methods 86 epilepsy patients treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the numerical table method.The control group was treated with routine drug carbamazepine,and the study group was treated with Gastrodin Injection based on the control group.Results The effective rate of sutdy group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrodine in the treatment of patients with epilepsy disease on the basis of routine therapy can enhance the treatment effect,reduce the in cidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
