关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤47例效果研究

目的分析关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤的临床效果及体会。方法回顾性分析94例膝关节骨创伤患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组与对照组,各47例。对照组采用传统开放性手术进行治疗,观察组则采用关节镜微创技术进行治疗。结果观察组临床总有效率为91.49%,明显高于对照组的74.47%(χ2=3.7271,P<0.05);观察组患者的膝关节功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、Lysholm评分、手术时间及住院时间等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤手术切口小、术中损伤轻、手术效果好、预后良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and experience of arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment of knee joint bone trauma.Methods Aretrospective analysis of the clinical data of 94 cases of knee trauma patients,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group,the control group was treated with the traditional open surgery treatment,the observation group was treated by arthroscopy for treatment.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 91.49%,which was higher than 74.47%in the control group(χ2=3.727 1,P<0.05).The knee function recovery time,ambulation time,Lysholm score,operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive technique has the advantages of small incision,mild injury,good operation effect and good prognosis for patients with knee joint bone trauma.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
