急诊美容缝合术与普通清创缝合术治疗面部外伤疗效比较

目的比较面部外伤患者治疗中采用急诊美容缝合术与普通清创缝合术的临床疗效。方法选择医院接受治疗的100例面部外伤急诊患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采用急诊美容缝合术治疗,对照组采用普通清创缝合术治疗。结果观察组治疗效果、患者满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),但观察组医疗费用明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊美容缝合术能加快面部外伤患者受损面部的恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of emergency cosmetic suture and general emergency debridement suture in patients with facial trauma.Methods 100 cases of facial trauma in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.The observation group(50 cases)was treated by emergency cosmetic suture,while the control group(50 cases)was treated by general emergency debridement and suture.Results The treatment effect and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the medical cost in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency cosmetic suture in the treatment of facial trauma can accelerate the recovery of the damaged face,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
