显微镜联合神经内镜下行颅底重建术治疗脑组织鼻漏22例疗效分析

目的探讨显微镜联合神经内镜下行颅底重建术治疗脑组织鼻漏患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院2014年5月至2017年5月收治的创伤性脑组织鼻漏患者22例,均采取显微镜联合神经内镜下行颅底重建术。结果术后,20例患者恢复良好,治疗有效率为90.91%。随访5~21个月,存活的20例患者均未出现脑膨出和脑脊液漏等并发症。结论显微镜联合神经内镜下行颅底重建术治疗脑组织鼻漏患者的临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect on brain tissue rhinorrhea patients take microscope combined endoscopic skull base reconstruction.Method 22 cases of traumatic cranionasal were selected from May 2014 to May 2017,microscope combined endoscopic skull base reconstruction were adopted.Result In 22 patients,20 cases recovered well after operation,the effective rate was 90.91%.15-21 months fllow-up 20 patients survived without complications such as encephalocele and cerebrospinal fluid leakage.Conclusion The brain rhinorrhea patients take microscope curative effect of combined endoscopic skull base reconstruction significantly,which is worthy of promotion.
