延续性护理模式用于老年高血压患者疗效分析

目的分析延续性护理模式用于老年高血压患者中的效果。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月到医院就诊的老年高血压患者102例,按治疗顺序均分为两组,各51例。常规组采用常规护理,研究组采用延续性护理。结果研究组体质指数、腰围等身体指标及生活质量均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理用于老年高血压患者临床效果显著,可减轻患者的心理负担,稳定病情,延长患者生命,且能有效提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of extented care model on elderly patients with high blood pressure.Methods 102 elderly patients with high blood pressure from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment,51 cases in each group.The normal group was given routine nursing,the study group was given extednded care.Results The patients'body mass index,waist circumference and quality of life in the study group were better than those in the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with hypertension receiving continuity care has significant clinical effect,not only reduce the psychological burden of patients,patients with stable condition,prolong patient life,but also can effectively improve the patient's quality of life,it is worthy of promotion.
