优质护理服务示范工程模式对肝硬化失代偿伴上消化道出血患者的作用

目的探讨开展优质护理服务示范工程模式对肝硬化失代偿伴上消化道出血患者的作用。方法选取医院2013年10月至2017年3月已确诊为肝硬化上消化道出血的患者84例,随机均分为试验组和对照组。两组患者住院期间,试验组给予常规治疗的同时,给予优质护理服务示范工程模式;对照组给予常规治疗的同时,给予一般护理。出院前,根据焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及护理满意度,评估两组患者焦虑抑郁等不良情绪及护理满意度。结果护理后,试验组患者SAS和SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化失代偿伴上消化道出血患者实施优质护理服务示范工程模式有助于疾病治疗依从性提高,降低患者不良情绪发生率,提高患者生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To develop the model of high quality nursing service demonstration project in the treatment of decompensated cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 84 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding diagnosed in our hospital from October 2013 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=42)and the control group(n=42).During the hospitalization,the experimental group was given conventional treatment at the same time,given the quality of care demonstration project model,the control group was given conventional treatment given general care at the same time.Before discharge,according to the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and nursing satisfaction,the anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions were assessed in the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while nursing satisfaction was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing service demonstration project model in patients with decompensated cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding is helpful to improve the compliance,reduce the incidence of adverse emotions and improve nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
