穴位贴敷治疗肾病综合征水肿50例疗效观察

目的总结肾病综合征水肿患者接受穴位敷贴进行治疗的具体方法以及治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月接诊的100例肾病综合征水肿患者资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方案的差异将所选患者进行分组,每组50例。对照组接受单纯西医治疗,研究组在西医治疗基础上加用中药穴位敷贴治疗,两组均以7d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果研究组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(94.0%比68.0%,P<0.05);研究组患者和对照组患者增加尿量、减少尿蛋白以及减轻水肿情况比较均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对肾病综合征水肿患者采取中药穴位敷贴治疗效果理想,值得推广。

Objective To summarize the specific methods and treatment effect of acupoint sticking therapy for edema patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods In our hospital admissions in the past year data of patients with nephrotic syndrome edema in 100 cases were retrospectively analyzed,according to the difference in treatment of the selected patients were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,the control group treated with Western medicine,the study group in Western medicine treatment on the basis of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application two groups of patients,7 d as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.0%vs.68.0%,P<0.05)the study group and the control group patients increased urine volume,reduce urine protein and reduce edema,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of acupoint sticking therapy in patients with nephrotic syndrome edema is ideal,and should be vigorously promoted and applied.
