决策树分析在大面积缺损患牙治疗中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨决策树分析在大面积缺损患牙治疗中的应用。方法对153例牙体大面积缺损患牙采取5种临床处理措施,构建了决策树分析模型,并进行了期望效应值计算及敏感度分析。结果在决策树分析中,5年保存期种植体和固定桥的期望效应值最高;在敏感度分析中,改变根管治疗成功率及邻牙损害的概率,种植体和固定桥的期望效应值(EUV)仍然最高。结论将各种治疗的风险(成功率)引入决策过程,可帮助患者作出最优的选择。 Objective To investigate the application of decision tree in the treatment of large-defected teeth.Methods A model of decision tree was built according to five clinical treatment methods,which aims at 153 large-defected teeth cases.Meanwhile,the expected utility value(EUV)was calculated and sensitivity analysis was also analyzed.Results The EUV of 5-year prosthetic survival for the STI and CDB treatment was highest according to decision tree analysis.The results did not change in the success rate of root canal therapy and the risk of damage to the adjacent teeth on the base of the sensitivity analysis.Conclusion The risk of various treatment(success)into the decision process can help patients to make the best choice.
