血液病患者疑难交叉配血原因探究

目的对血液病患者出现疑难交叉配血的原因进行分析和探讨,并提出相应的输血对策。方法对出现疑难交叉配血的血液病患者的血液标本进行血型鉴定,同时筛查鉴定不规则的抗体,将鉴定结果进行分析和对比。结果经过对比研究,血液病患者出现疑难交叉配血的原因中,最常见的为不规则抗体阳性,一般是因为同种抗体产生,同种抗体中最常见的抗体为Rh系统抗体。输血次数超过5次的患者比不足5次的患者具有更高的不规则抗体检出率(P<0.05)。结论对于血液病患者,应在输血前进行不规则抗体的筛查工作,从而确保输血的顺利进行,保证治疗的有效性。

Objective To analyze the causes of difficult cross matching in patients with hematologic diseases,then puts forward the corresponding blood transfusion countermeasure.Methods Blood samples of blood patients with difficult cross matching were identified,blood samples of blood patients with difficult cross matching were identified,and irregular antibodies were screened and identified simultaneously,the identification results were analyzed and compared.Results After comparative study,the most common cause of difficult cross matching in patients with hematologic diseases was irregular antibody positive.Usually because of the production of antibodies,the most common antibody in homologous antibodies was the Rh system antibody,patients with more than 5 transfusions had higher irregular physical examination rates than those who had less than 5 times(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hematologic diseases,irregular antibodies should be screened prior to transfusion,so as to ensure the smooth progress of blood transfusion,and ensure the effectiveness of the treatment of patients.
