儿童重症监护室实施心理护理50例临床分析

目的总结儿童重症监护室护理工作中应用心理护理的具体方法及护理效果,为临床护理工作提供可靠的依据。方法选取2017年1月至6月儿童重症监护室住院治疗的100例患儿实施对比分析,根据护理方案的差异将所选取的患儿及家属进行随机分组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加用心理护理。结果研究组患儿护理效果及满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童重症监护室患儿在护理工作中实施心理护理,能够显著提高患儿的护理效果及家属满意度,可在临床护理工作推广。

Objective To summarize the specific methods and nursing effects of psychological nursing in intensive care of children in intensive care of children and provide reliable basis for clinical nursing work.Methods From January 2017 and June 2017,in our department of children hospitalized with intensive care implement analysis of 100 cases were selected,based on the differences of care plan will be selected by random grouping children and their families,the control group given routine nursing care,the team based on routine nursing upward psychological care.Results The nursing effect and satisfaction of the children in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Children in children's intensive care unit were given implementation of psychological care can significantly improve the effect of child care and family satisfaction,it should be vigorously promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
