某院住院患者2016年辅助用药使用情况分析

目的分析医院辅助用药不合理情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法评价医院2016年各季度分别进入单品种前10位的辅助用药品种病历的合理性。结果抽查的824份病例中,辅助用药不合理使用病历涉及患者35例(4.25%),不合理用药情况主要为无适应证用药28例,用法用量不适宜6例,联合用药不适宜4例。结论该院辅助用药使用基本规范,但应进一步覆盖辅助用药品种点评范围和事前干预,加强监督管理,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To analyze the irrational use of adjuvant drugs in our hospital,provided reference for clinical rational use of drug.Method To evaluate the rationality of the auxiliary medical record which the top ten of the single varieties in each quarter in 2016.Results In the random sample of 824 cases,unreasonable auxiliary medical records were 35 cases(4.25%),irrational use of drugs was mainly used without indications,the dosage was inappropriate,and drug combination was inappropriate,percentages of unreasonable medical records were account for 28 cases,6 cases,4 cases.Conclusion The use of auxiliary drugs in our hospital was basically standardized,but the range of auxiliary drug variety review should be further covered and intervention in advance,strengthening supervision and management and promoting rational use of drugs in clinic.
