糖胃安方联合针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果

Clinical effect of Tangwei′an Decoction combined with acupuncture in treating diabetic gastro paresis

目的观察糖胃安方联合针灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年12月中国中医科学院广安门医院南区内分泌科门诊和住院的60例脾虚气滞证DGP患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。在常规降糖治疗的基础上,治疗组给予糖胃安方口服联合针灸治疗,对照组给予糖胃安方治疗,两组患者均治疗12周。比较两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、胃泌素水平及中医证候的疗效。结果治疗组中医证候有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后空腹、餐后2 h血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、胃泌素均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论糖胃安方联合针灸能够改善DGP患者的临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tangwei′an Decoction combined with acupuncture in treating diabetic gastro paresis(DGP).Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,60 patients with DGP with syndrome of Spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation treated in South Branch,Guang′anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medicial Science were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with Tangwei′an Decoction and the treatment group was treated by Acupuncture combined with Tangwei′an Decoction,they were treated for 12 weeks.The levels of FBG,2h-PPG,HbA1c,TC,TG,gastrin and curative effect of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the curative effect on TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FBG,2h-PPG,HbA1c,TC,TG and gastrin in the two groups were decreased,and those in the treatment group were lower compared with the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Tangwei′an Decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with DGP,with remarkable curative effect.
