摘要
本文通过阐述人体弓弦力学解剖系统及疾病病理构架——网眼理论的基本内容,构建了颈段弓弦力学模型。在颈椎病流行病学研究的基础上,以颈段弓弦力学模型为物质基础,以针刀医学关于慢性软组织损伤、骨质增生病因病理学为理论依据,本文分析了颈椎病病理构架,以此得出颈椎病的自我代偿存在着两套不同的修复路径:粘连、瘢痕和挛缩;硬化、钙化和骨化,并首次提出了针刀医学关于颈椎病分型诊疗研究的初步设想。
This paper expounds the basic content of the anatomy system of human bowstring mechanics and the pathological structure of the disease,and constructs the model of the bowstring mechanics of the neck segment.On the basis of cervical spondylosis epidemiological studies,in neck section bowstring mechanics model for material foundation,with acupotomology about etiology and pathology of chronic soft tissue injury,bone hyperplasia,this paper analyzes the characteristics of pathological structure of cervical spondylosis,to draw a cervical spondylosis self compensatory:there are two different sets of repair path adhesion,scar and contracture;sclerosis,calcification,and ossification.It is the first time to propose the initial idea of the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis in acupuncture.
