神经导航手术治疗老年脑胶质瘤的临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Neuronavigation in the Treatment of Senile Glioma

目的:探讨老年脑胶质瘤采用神经导航手术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年3月-2017年3月诊断为脑胶质瘤的100例老年患者进行随机分组,对照组和观察组分别进行常规手术和神经导航手术,评价两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的全切除率为54.0%,显著高于对照组的28.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的KPS评分为(89.6±5.2)分,显著高于对照组患者的(81.2±5.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年脑胶质瘤采用神经导航手术治疗的临床效果显著,提高了全切除率,有利于患者身体的康复。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of neuronavigation for senile glioma treatment.Method:One hundred elderly patients diagnosed of glioma were recruited in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with each 50 cases.The routine and neuronavigation operations were performed respectively,and the short-term and long-term outcomes of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After treatment,the observation group of patients with total resection rate was 54%,higher than 28%of the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),the observation group of patients with KPS score(89.6±5.2),was significantly higher than(81.2±5.0)of the control group of patients,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of neuronavigation for senile glioma is remarkable,which improves the total resection rate and is beneficial to the recovery of the patient’s body.
