丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探析丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2016年3月-2017年7月收治的60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,给予对照组患者控制颅内压、营养支持等常规治疗,在常规治疗的基础上给予观察组患者静脉滴注丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗。结果:治疗前两组患者NIHSS评分、ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者NIHSS评分为(3.6±1.1)分,低于对照组的(5.7±1.0)分,ADL评分为(63.8±5.1)分,高于对照组的(52.9±5.9)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论:丁苯酞氯化钠注射液在急性脑梗死患者临床治疗中的应用,能够促进患者缺损神经功能恢复,改善患者日常生活能力,且不良反应少,安全性高。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:60 cases with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group was treated with routine treatment such as intracranial pressure and nutritional support.On the basis of the routine treatment,the observation group was treated with intravenous infusion of Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection.Result:There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and ADL score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was(3.6±1.1)was lower than the control group(5.7±1.0)(P<0.05).The ADL score was(63.8±5.1),was higher than the control group(52.9±5.9)(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse events in both groups.Conclusion:The application of Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection in the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the daily living ability of the patients,and the less adverse reactions and high safety.
