Performance Study of Fatty Alcohol Ethoxylates in Industrial and Institutional Cleaning

脂肪醇乙氧基化物非离子表面活性剂在清洗剂中常被用做主活性成分,带支链结构的脂肪醇醚产品相对于直链产品具有更强的去污力、更低的泡沫、更好的润湿性能和更低的凝固点。本文主要从基础应用性能方面,探究几种不同结构的非离子表面活性剂在润湿、泡沫、洗涤、硬表面清洗、耐碱和凝固点等方面的性能,并与常规的月桂醇乙氧基化物进行比较。希望对工业和公共设施清洗配方的设计有所帮助。

Alcohol ethoxylates nonionic surfactants are often used as the main active ingredient in cleaning agents.Comparing with linear alcohol ethoxylates,branched alcohol ethoxylates have stronger detergency,lower foam,better wetting property and lower solidification points.The basic application properties of several nonionic surfactants with different structures were investigated and compared with lauryl alcohol ethoxylates from following testing items:wetting performance,foaming performance,detergency,cleaning performance on hard surface,alkali resistance and solidification point.The overview should prove to be helpful in designing new I&I formulations.
