初中生“家庭温暖”幸福感课程的设计与干预 被引量:1

摘要 为了增强学生的"家庭温暖"幸福感,让学生认识到父母的关爱与付出,研究者设计并开设以"让家更温暖"为主题的心理课程,并以515名初一年级学生为研究对象,采用《初中生多元幸福感问卷》进行前后测。结果表明:在"家庭温暖"幸福课程干预实施前,实验班和对照班的学校幸福感各因子之间并无显著差异,而经过为期三周的授课后,实验班的家庭温暖因子得到了较为显著的提高,幸福感总分也有所提高,而对照班在每个因子上都未表现出显著差异。由此可见,"家庭温暖"幸福心理健康教育课程对于促进初中生家庭温暖幸福感具有较强的实践意义。基于此,教育工作者可通过构建幸福和谐的课堂环境、营造幸福和谐的师生关系、设计活力高效的幸福课程来增加学生的"家庭温暖"幸福感。 In order to enhance students’“family warmth”happiness and enable students to recognize their parents’love and commitment,the researchers designed and set up a psychological course with the theme of“making the family warm”,and studied 515 first-year students,measured before and after by using the Multiple Happiness Questionnaire for junior high school students.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the factors of school happiness in the experimental and control classes before the intervention of the“family warm”happiness course.After a three-week course,the family warmth factor in the experimental class was significantly improved,and the overall happiness score was also improved.The control class did not show significant differences in each factor.It can be seen that the“family warmth”happiness mental health education course has a strong practical significance for promoting the family warmth and happiness of junior high school students.Based on this,educators can increase students’“family warmth”happiness by building a happy and harmonious classroom environment,creating a happy and harmonious teacher-student relationship,and designing a dynamic and efficient happinesscurriculum.
