施工材料绿色管理主要障碍及对策研究

Research on the Main Obstacles and Countermeasures of Green Management of Construction Materials

梳理施工材料绿色管理主要障碍并设计相应的调查问卷,分析显示:部门之间决策信息不对称,材料投料随意大,绿色管理技术人才缺乏,绿色管理新技术应用成本高是较为突出的障碍因素。鉴于此,从信息、管理、技术与经济和人员配置四个方面提出推进我国施工材料绿色管理的对策。

This paper combs the main obstacles of the green management of construction materials and designs the corresponding questionnaires.Analysis shows that decision information asymmetry of decision-makers between departments,the randomness of material feeding,lacking of green management technical personnels,high cost of new technology application in green management are the prominent obstacles.Based on this,puts forward countermeasures from four aspects of information,management,technology and economy,and staffing to promote green management of construction materials in China.
