Analysis of Similarity Technique between the Standard of Green Buildings in China and LEED,WELL

LEED、WELL、绿色建筑在技术方面存在一些相似性,充分利用标准的相似性,在满足项目LEED或WELL、绿色建筑认证要求的同时可避免不必要的增量成本。分析LEED、WELL、绿色建筑评价标准的技术相似性,为今后认证LEED、WELL、绿色建筑的项目提供技术选用借鉴。

LEED,WELL and green buildings have some similarities in technology,making full use of standard similarity can avoid unnecessary incremental costs while meeting the requirements of project LEED,WELL and green building certification.This paper analyzes the technical similarities between LEED,WELL and green building evaluation standards,in order to provide technical references for future certification of LEED,WELL and green building projects.
