Research on Competency Model Construction of Design Project Leaders

随着基础设施建设节奏加快,越来越多的设计单位实施"走出去"发展战略,竞争日趋激烈。从设计项目负责人扮演的管理类和技术类角色和工作职责出发,总结胜任力影响因素,并采用问卷调查和SPSS软件分析得到胜任力模型,包含基本能力、价值取向、管理创新和专业技能模块。

With the infrastructure construction speeding up,more and more design companies implement the“going out”development strategy and the competition becomes increasingly intense.From the view of management and technology in the role of design project leaders and their duties,this paper summarizes factors which affect competency.Then,establishes competency model using questionnaire survey and SPSS software,including basic capabilities,value orientation,management innovation,and professional skills.
