摘要
在对柳钢转炉炼钢厂生产的圆钢进行表面质量检验时,发现经过表面酸洗后的钢材表面出现明显的黑线裂纹,通过对表面黑线缺陷进行金相分析等措施,分析了圆钢表面产生黑线的原因,并制定了对应的控制措施,圆钢表面质量明显改善。
When surface quality inspection was conducted on the round steel produced by Liu Steel,it was found that the steel surface after acid pickling appeared black line cracks.Through some measures such as metallographic analysis on surface black line defects,the causes of black lines on the surface of round steel were analyzed and the corresponding control measures were formulated.The surface quality of the round steel was significantly improved.
