摘要
在板材生产中,热矫直机工作辊粘铁严重影响钢板表面质量。对工作辊粘铁问题进行了深入探讨,重点对矫直机工作辊冷却系统进行详细研究,并进行了热应力仿真分析和现场试验,结合实际,推导并总结出矫直机辊系冷却计算公式。根据分析与计算,采取相应措施,有效地减少了矫直机粘铁,改善了钢板表面质量,提高了经济效益。
In the production of wide and thick plate,the sticking iron of the hot straightener working roll seriously affects the surface quality of steel plate.In this paper,the problem of working roll sticking iron is discussed in depth.The cooling system of hot straightening machine working roll is studied in detail,and the thermal stress simulation analysis and field test are carried out.Combined with practice,the calculation formula of straightening roller system cooling is deduced and summarized.According to analysis and calculation,the corresponding measures are taken to effectively reduce the iron sticking of working roll,improve the surface quality of the steel plate,and improve the economic benefit.
