摘要
武钢虽然建成了北湖、工业港两座污水处理站,但回用水的电导率、CODcr等指标高,且没有独立的回用水管网,导致回用水量不高。通过对净化水站、污水处理站、管网及回用水水质进行调整与优化,解决了回用水量不高的问题,将回用水量提高到14598m3/h,完成了吨钢耗新水指标、CODcr总量排放指标,具有显著的经济效益和环保效益。
Although Wu Steel has built two sewage treatment stations in North Lake and Industrial port,some index of reuse water such as electricity conductivity and CODcr content are high,and there is no independent pipe network of reuse water,so the reuse water volume is not high.Through adjusting and optimizing purify water station,sewage treatment station,pipe network and water quality of reuse water,the problem of reuse water low volume is solved.Reuse water volume is enhanced to 14 598 m3/h,index targets of fresh water consumption of per ton steel and CODcr total discharge are achieved,which has outstanding economic benefits and environmental protection benefits.
