Construction Technology for Prefabricated Parapet Wall

混凝土女儿墙采用现浇方式施工时,容易因浇筑振捣不密实而出现蜂窝麻面等质量通病,在有些高层建筑中还要搭设外脚手架或悬挑架来满足施工需要,既增加成本,又不安全。为此,介绍一种预制装配式女儿墙施工技术,通过构件拆分、工厂化预制、现场组拼吊装形成该结构体系,既保证女儿墙混凝土质量,又确保了施工安全。

When the concrete parapet wall is constructed by cast-in-place method,it is easy to have some common quality defects such as voids and pits due to poor vibration and compaction.In some high-rise buildings,external scaffolds or cantilever frames should be set to meet the construction requirement.However,it will increase construction cost,and it is not safe.To this end,a prefabricated parapet wall construction technology was introduced in this paper.By means of component separation,factory prefabrication,and on-site assembly and erection,a parapet wall structure system was developed,which can ensure not only the concrete quality of parapet wall,but also the construction safety.
