摘要
以国家能源集团乌海能源有限责任公司为研究对象,通过对该公司人员不安全行为管理的现状分析,研究了该公司人员不安全行为管理方面存在的问题,提出了相应的控制措施。实际应用的效果证明,在对人员不安全行为管理进行分析的基础上,运用相应的控制措施,可以有效地降低人员不安全行为发生的频率,提高人员不安全行为的管控水平。
With the national energy group Wuhai energy limited liability company as the research object,through analyzing the present situation of the company personnel management unsafe behavior analysis,to study the existence of the company's staff of unsafe behavior management problems,the corresponding control measures are put forward.The effect of practical application shows that,based on the analysis of staff's unsafe behavior management,using corresponding control measures can effectively reduce the frequency of unsafe behaviors and improve the level of management of staff's unsafe behaviors.
