摘要
基于近距离煤层由于其煤层间距小,导致诸多巷道布置及支护问题。为了优化巷道布置的科学合理,采用数值模拟的方法,对围岩原支护和改进支护进行对比研究。结果表明,胶带大巷在采用拱形断面并增加1根锚索支护后,巷道的顶底板位移量明显减小,两帮移近量明显减小;位于实体煤下方的轨道大巷在增加1根锚索支护,并减小锚索排距后,巷道的顶底板及两帮的位移量明显减小;位于采空区下方的回风大巷在增加1根锚索支护,并减小锚索排距后,巷道顶底板及两帮的位移量明显减小。改进支护方案后,3条大巷取得良好的支护效果。
Many laneway layout and support problems are caused by the short space of close distance seams.In order to scientifically and reasonably optimize the layout of laneway,the numerical simulation method is used to compare and study the original support and improved support of surrounding rock.The results show that after adopting arch section and adding one bolting cable in tape laneway,the roof and floor's displacement of laneway is obviously reduced,and the movement of two sides is obviously reduced;after increasing one bolt support and reducing the cable spacing of the track lane under the solid coal,the displacement of the roof and bottom plates and the two sides are obviously reduced;and the displacement of the roof and the two sides of the laneway is obviously reduced after the increase of one anchor cable support and the decrease of the distance of the anchor cable row in the return wind laneway located below the goaf.After improving the support scheme,three laneways have achieved good support effect.
