责任矩阵是实现工程项目变更索赔工作规范化、高效化的有效管理手段。根据责任矩阵在某项目变更索赔工作中的实际应用,阐述责任矩阵的管理流程和方法,为施工企业项目管理提供一定的参考。
Responsibility matrix is an effective management tool to realize standardization and efficiency of project change claims.According to the practical application of the responsibility matrix in a project change claim,this paper expounds the management process and method of responsibility matrix,which can provide reference for the project management of construction enterprise.
