摘要
桥梁工程施工现场环境对施工工人的职业健康有重要影响。在相关文献和规范研究基础上,采用实地调研的方法,从施工工人作业环境、施工安全环境、施工工人生活环境、工程施工输出环境四个方面考虑影响施工工人职业健康的环境因素,最终得出21个环境因素。采用ISM方法对因素进行层次划分,得到解释结构模型图,以找出影响工人职业健康的深层环境因素、间接环境因素和直接环境因素,进而为改善施工工人的职业健康提出相关参考措施。
The on-site environment of bridge engineering has an important impact on the occupational health of construction workers.Based on the relevant literature and normative research,this paper uses field research methods to study the environmental factors that affect the occupational health of construction workers from four aspects,including construction worker operating environment,construction safety environment,construction worker living environment,construction output environment,and gets 21 environmental factors.Then,uses the ISM method to classify the factors and obtain a structural model map to identify the deep environmental factors,indirect environmental factors,and direct environmental factors that affect the occupational health of workers,thus provides relevant reference measures for improving the occupational health of construction workers.
