高层办公建筑新风系统调查与设计分析 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过对部分高层办公建筑实测分析,发现部分办公区存在室内CO_2浓度超标、冬季空气相对湿度过低、夏季空气温度湿度过高、室内噪声值超标等的问题。并在调查中观察到办公区新风系统经常不开或间歇开启,空调(供暖)季节开窗、开门现象普遍,造成室内新风量不足,空调能耗增加。基于此调查结果,建议新风系统设计应合理划分新风系统、设计室内气流组织、准确计算新风量、正确设置新风机、有效地使用节能节支措施,使新风系统设计合理、高效。 There are some problems of indoor CO 2 concentration,winter relative humidity,summer air temperature humidity,indoor noise value and so on in highrise office building.Besides,the fresh air system work occasionally during operating season.Therefore it’s common to see the door and window kept opening in operating season so as to get fresh air which would surely increase energy consumption.In order to make fresh air system reasonable and effective,the paper strongly recommended that the design of fresh air system should be more accurate.Such as accurate calculation of fresh air volume,reasonable design of fresh air handling unit,effective taking energy conservation measures.
