摘要
为得到螺旋槽管中气液两相流流型,采用Fluent中的流体体积模型(VOF)对内径为19 mm的螺旋槽管中气液两相流动进行数值模拟,并将数值模拟结果与相同条件下光管内的流动状态的数值模拟结果相比较。结果表明:螺旋槽管中不能形成具有水平相界面的分层流或冲击流,而是出现了波状分层流,分段式气泡气团流和分段液滴环状流。
In order to study the evolution of the flow pattern in the spiral groove tube,numerical simulation based on Volume-of-Fluid(VOF)in 19 mm diameter spiral groove tube is performed.The numerical simulation result in the spiral groove tube and the on in smooth tube under the same conditions is compared.The results show that the spiral groove tube can’t form a stratified flow with horizontal interface or slug flow,but there exist stratified wavy flow,segmented bubble flow,segmented droplet annular flow.
