This paper introduces the air conditioning cold and heat source system,air conditioning ventilation system,air conditioning water system,smoke control and extraction system,gas design and BIM design in a commercial complex in Hangzhou.The comparison and analysis of the cold and heat sources and the terminal of air conditioning of commercial projects are carried out.This paper summarizes the existing problems of fresh air,ice arena dehumidification,swimming pool air conditioning,air conditioning water system,smoke control and extraction system and gas design.The forward design of BIM is explored.
