摘要
以联通某数据中心实例为对象,通过CFD模拟软件6Sigma Room建立机房模型,对其架空地板送风、上部回风的气流组织形式和室内热环境进行模拟,对机房内出现局部热点的原因进行分析。采用定点背板空调改造方案后,与改造前的气流组织及室内热环境进行了对比。结果表明:增加背板空调后,机房局部热点问题消失,冷热气流混合减小。
This paper introduces a data center in China Unicom,and the mathematical and physical model is established through a computational fluid dynamics simulation software 6SigmaRoom.The airflow organization of raised floor air supply and upper return air and indoor air distribution are simulated,and the causes of local hot spots in the computer room is analyzed.After adopt the modification scheme of backboard air conditioner,the air distribution and indoor thermal environment are compared with that of the former.The research results show that the local hot issues are solved,and the mixture of cold airflow and heat airflow is reduced.
