基于多认证目标的绿色建筑建设管理研究

Research on Construction Management of Green Building based on Multi-certification Target

随着绿色建筑和健康建筑等理念的发展,采用多认证目标的绿色建筑项目越来越多。由于不同的绿色建筑认证体系在在技术要求、评价方法、评价阶段等方面的差异,需要良好的协调管理才能保证项目的建设质量。本文从设计、施工、成本管控角度就多认证目标绿色建筑的建设管理特点进行论述,为后续该类工程项目的建设提供借鉴和参考。

With the development of green buildings and healthy buildings,more and more green building projects with multiauthentication target are adopted.Due to the differences in technical requirements,evaluation methods and evaluation stages of different green building certification systems,good coordination management is needed to ensure the construction quality of the project.This paper discusses the construction management characteristics of multi-certification target green building from different perceptivities including design,construction and cost control,which could provide reference for similar projects in the future.
