摘要 通过对中国散裂中子源项目空调冷冻水及工艺冷却水需求进行分析,设计冷源系统配置方案及控制策略。重点介绍了保证系统长时间连续运行的可靠性设计,冷源系统采取的节能措施等。通过采用备用主机及双工况主机对冷源保障可靠性,并通过免费供冷实现工艺冷却水的节能运行。该冷源系统达到良好的效果。 Through the analysis of the demand of the airconditioning chilled water and the process cooling water in CSNS project,the configuration and control strategy of the cold source system are designed.The reliability design of the longtime continuous operation guarantee system and the energy saving measures are emphatically introduced.The reliability of the cold source is guaranteed by using the standby refrigerating unit and the double conditions refrigerating unit.The energy saving operation of the process cooling water is realized by free cooling.The cold source system has achieved good results.
