安徽省高校图书馆校友服务现状调查及优化策略

Status investigation and optimization strategy of alumni service in university libraries of Anhui province

校友服务是高校图书馆社会服务的切入点,投入少、回报大,有利于提升校友竞争力和学校凝聚力。然而,因理念、资金、人员、管理等主客观因素的影响,国内开展校友服务的高校图书馆并不多。安徽省内高校图书馆,无一在网站主页设立校友服务栏目。已经开展社会服务的图书馆也存在服务意识淡薄、服务深度不够、校友与社会用户没有细分等问题。文章认为图书馆应充分认识校友服务的重要意义,加强宣传,树立校友服务的理念,因馆制宜,循序渐进开展信息服务,进一步细化社会读者,把校友服务制度化,推进校友服务工作不断发展。

Alumni service is the breakthrough point of social service of university libraries,with the less investment and the greater repay,which is beneficial to enhance the competitiveness of alumni and school cohesion.However,due to the influence of subjective and objective factors such as ideas,funds,personnel and management,there are not so many academic libraries in China to provide alumni service.In Anhui province,no libraries set up alumni service column in the website homepage.In the libraries where social services have been carried out,there are also problems such as weak service consciousness,short of service depth and lack of subdivision between alumni and social users.The library should fully understand the significance of alumni services to strengthen the propaganda,establish the alumni service concept,according to local conditions,to carry out information service step by step,further refinement of the social reader,and institutionalize alumni services to promote the development of alumni services.
