关于《名医别录合药分剂法则》中调剂相关问题的解读与探讨

[目的]解读早期中药学专著《名医别录》中药物调剂的论述,探讨其对现代中药调剂工作的指导作用。[方法]摘录《名医别录合药分剂法则》中有关中药调剂的主要内容,借助《说文解字》、《康熙字典》等工具书,并参考相关文献,对其进行解读。提取其对现代中药调剂有指导作用的内容,进行探讨。[结果]《名医别录合药分剂法则》将古代药物的不同计量方法统一用质量进行了折算,对丸散剂制备中药味的粉碎、过筛及合药的方法进行了记录,对汤剂、酒剂和膏药的制备方法进行了详细表述。该书还记载了使用蜂蜜和蜂蜡的技巧。[结论]《名医别录合药分剂法则》中的内容,对了解古代方剂中药味的计量方法和古人调剂方法具有重要作用,对一些药味的特殊使用方法具有启发作用,对优化现代中成药制药工艺和绿色防腐及包装具有重要意义。

[Objective]To interpretive Chinese drugs dispensing of Mingyi Bielu,and discuss its guiding practice on dispensing in the pharmacy for modern Chinese medicine.[Methods]Extracting main point of Chinese drugs dispensing in The Formula for the Drug of Mingyi Bielu,by dint of reference books as Shuowen Jiezi,Kangxi Dictionary,and based on correlative references to interpretive it.Extracting the guiding contents of modern Chinese drugs dispensing and then precede study research.[Results]The Formula for the Drug of Mingyi Bielu uniformly converted different dosage methods for ancient medicines by weight,recorded the methods of crush,sieving and drug synthesis on Chinese drug preparation from pill or powder,described preparation methods in detail of decoction,vinum and plaster.And this book also documented the use of honey and beewax.[Conclusion]The Formula for the Drug of Mingyi Bielu plays an important role in understanding metering method of ancient prescriptions and realizing the ancients'dispensing methods.It also illuminates the special methods of herbal medicines in a prescription,and signifies the majorization of pharmaceutical technology of Chinese medicine,environment-friendly anticorrosive and package.
