摘要
针对雄蚕品种制种成本较普通杂交种高的问题,通过利用雌蚕无性克隆系与平衡致死系交配的方式,以提高雄蚕种的制种效率、制种质量及繁育效益。于2016年晚秋进行了新型雄蚕品种"浙凤2号"的原蚕区嵊州床江村繁育试验,饲养成绩、制种过程稳定,制种结果符合预定的目标,试验取得初步成功。
The female silkworm clone are used to mate with the male only silkworm variety(sex-linked balanced lethal system)so as to solve the problem of higher cost of hybrid egg production for the male only silkworm strains.The new only-male silkworm hybrids"Zhefeng No.2"(Ci 35×Ping 28),bred by Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,was tested for commercial egg production in Chuangjiang village,Silkworm Egg Farm of Shengzhou City at autumn rearing season in 2016.The testing production was successful with stable rearing performance and egg production,and showed the possibility of this hybrid production in parental silkworm rearing areas.
