右美托咪定对脊髓缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 右美托咪定-高选择性α2受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛等作用,目前已广泛应用于临床工作中。近年来研究发现右美托咪定还有抗炎作用,并且对缺血器官有一定的保护作用。本文就右美托咪定对脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用研究进展予以综述,旨在为右美托咪定在脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的保护策略提供参考。
