临床CRO组织结构模型构建与分析

Organizational Models of Clinical CRO

在我国医药工业转型升级的背景下,合同研究组织(CRO)迎来了新的历史发展机遇,同时也对其组织管理能力提出了更高要求。本文选择临床操作部门作为临床CRO的代表,对临床CRO的三种组织结构模型分别进行分析,为临床CRO的组织结构合理选择与管理提供参考。

In the background of the transformation and upgrading of China's medical industries,CROs are welcoming a historical development opportunity,and at the same time,confronting with greater challenges in their organizational management capabilities.This study selected the clinical operational department to represent the CRO,analyze three organizational models of clinical CRO,and offered the reference for the reasonable selection of different organizational models of clinical CRO.
