厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心衰的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in chronic congestive heart failure

目的探讨慢性充血性心衰患者采用厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2013年8月~2017年8月间60例慢性充血性心衰患者,分为常规组(n=30,美托洛尔)和联合组(n=30,厄贝沙坦+美托洛尔),对比不同方案治疗慢性充血性心衰的疗效。结果与常规组相较,联合组治疗总有效率、治疗后左室射血分数更高,治疗后左室舒张末内径更低,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性充血性心衰患者采用厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗临床疗效优良。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment with irbesartan combined with metoprolol in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods From August 2017 to August 2013,60 cases of chronic congestive heart failure patients chosen were divided into routine group(n=30,metoprolol)and combination group(n=30,irbesartan+metoprolol),curative effect comparison of different schemes.Results The total efficiency of the treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction of combination group were higher after treatment,left ventricular end diastolic diameter was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in chronic congestive heart failure is excellent.
