常规检验与生化检验在临床糖尿病诊断中的价值对比

Comparative study of routine and biochemical tests in clinical diagnosis of diabetes mellitus

目的比较常规检验以及生化检验在糖尿病临床诊断中的价值。方法选择2015年1月~2017年6月入院且确诊为糖尿病的210例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组105例,对照组行常规检验,研究组采用生化检验,比较两种方法诊断准确性。结果研究组105例患者诊断准确的患者共98例,诊断准确率为93.33%,对照组105例患者诊断准确的患者共74例,诊断准确率为70.48%,两组数据相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用生化检验诊断糖尿病检出率高,可以为后续治疗提供依据,具有临床推广与应用价值。

Objective Comparison of routine tests and biochemical tests in the clinical diagnosis of diabetes value.Methods A total of 210 study patients were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 and were diagnosed with diabetes.Results Among the 105 patients in the study group,98 cases were correctly diagnosed,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 93.33%.Among the 105 patients in the control group,74 cases were diagnosed accurately,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 70.48%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of biochemical tests to diagnose the high detection rate of diabetes,can provide the basis for follow-up treatment,with clinical promotion and application value.
