新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾,对我国产业工人队伍建设提出了新的要求。产业工人不仅缓解了我国建国以来各时期的主要矛盾,更是新时期主要矛盾的缓解者和矛盾解决程度的评判者。当前,我国产业工人队伍仍面临权益、素质、思想等方面诸多问题,因此,多维度深化产业工人队伍建设,是缓解我国新时期主要矛盾的关键途径。

In the new era,the major social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of the people and the uneven development of the imbalance,and the new requirements for the construction of the industrial workers in China have been put forward because of these contradictions.Industrial workers have not only alleviated the major contradictions in various periods since the founding of the people's Republic of China,but also solved and judged the degree of major contradictions solutions in the new era.At present,China's industrial workers still face many problems,such as rights,qualities,ideas and so on.Therefore,the key way to alleviate the main contradictions in the new period is to deepen the construction of the industrial workers.
