摘要
目的:探讨分析持续质量改进管理在手术室硬式内镜器械管理维护中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2016年3月进行腔镜手术应用的600套内镜器械(作为对照组,未进行持续质量改进管理)与2016年4月-2017年4月腔镜手术中应用的650套硬式内镜器械(作为研究组进行持续质量改进管理)的质量管理资料进行回顾性分析,比较进行持续质量改进管理前后的工作人员内镜清洗、消毒相关知识与操作技能评分况以及器械错漏率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率。结果:进行持续质量改进管理后的研究组工作人员评分优于对照组(p<0.05);进行持续质量改进管理后的研究组器械错漏率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率、损耗率等均优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:对手术室硬式内镜器械开展持续质量改进管理有助于提高工作人员的业务水平,提高器械灭菌及包装合格率,降低损耗率,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the application of continuous quality improvement management in the management and maintenance of rigid endoscopic instruments in the operating room.Methods:We selected 600 endoscopic instruments for endoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2015-2016 March(as a control group without continuous quality improvement management)and April 2016-2017 April endoscopic surgery A retrospective analysis of the quality management data of 650 hard endoscopic instruments used in the group(as a research group for continuous quality improvement management)to compare the scores of staff endoscopic cleaning and disinfection related knowledge and operation skills before and after continuous quality improvement management And equipment error rate,sterilization pass rate,packaging pass rate.Results:The scores of staff in the study group after continuous quality improvement management were better than those in the control group(p<0.05);the equipment error and leakage rate,sterilization qualification rate,packaging qualification rate,and loss rate of the study group after continuous quality improvement management were all Better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous quality improvement management of hard endoscopic instruments in the operating room will help improve the staff's business level,improve the sterilization rate of the equipment and packaging,and reduce the loss rate.It is worthy of promotion and application.
