教育作为培养知识人才的基本途径,对社会的进步发展有着重要作用。但现阶段我国高等教育管理体制存在权力过于集中、决策不够科学民主等问题。基于中国国情,借鉴发达国家的高等教育经验,是教育改革的必经之路。因此,有必要对世界各国教育管理的特点及对我国的启示进行探究。

Education,as the basic approach to cultivate knowledge talents,plays an important role in the progress and development of the society.However,there are some problems in the management system of higher education in our country,such as excessive concentration on power,insufficient scientific and democratic decision-making and so on.The only path of education reform is to take into account China’s national conditions and to use for reference the advanced education experience in developed countries.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the characteristics of education management around the world and the implications for our country.
