合肥旧工业建筑及其地段的更新改造研究是在城市发展和建设过程中十分重要的研究课题。借鉴国内外这一领域的研究成果,分析合肥工业地段及其建筑的现状,依据现有的合肥市此类建筑改造再利用的案例入手,探讨城市旧工业建筑及其地段改造设计的方向。

The renewal and transformation of old industrial buildings and the locations in Hefei is a very important research topic in the process of urban development and construction.This paper,referring to the research achievements of this field at home and abroad,analyzes the present situation of the locations and old building in Hefei industrial areas base on the cases on current build transformation and reuse,and explores the designing direction of transforming and reusing old industrial buildings and its locations in the urban areas.
