黑龙江界江旅游景点开发与利用探析

An Exploration on the Development and Utilization of Tourist Attractions in Border River of Amur River

黑龙江位于中俄界江段(伯力以上区段)为1890公里,是一条有很高生态价值、经济价值、历史价值、文化价值和旅游价值的大界江,旅游资源丰富独特,其原始生态、高山峡谷、异国风情、历史遗存等自然人文景观在我省旅游业中具有重要的地位和巨大的开发潜力。对黑龙江界江旅游资源的特色与分类评价、开展界江游的条件以及开发措施进行初步探讨,形成黑龙江界江旅游开发建设体系。

Amur River,being located in the section of Sino-Russian border river(the upper part of Boli)with the length of 1890 kilometers,is the great border river with very high value in ecology,economics,history,culture,and tourist.Amur River is rich in unique tourism resources,and its natural and human landscapes have an important position and huge development potential in the tourism industry in our province,such as original ecology,alpine valleys,exotic custom,natural human landscape,historical heritage and relics,etc.This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the characteristics,classification and evaluation as well as the conditions and measures of developing the tourism resources in the border river of Amur River,aiming to form the tourism development and construction system for the border river of Amur River.
