高校阳光体育运动组织吸引力提升因素探讨

A Discussion on Factors of Improving the Attractiveness of College Sunshine Sports Organizations

为全面提升我国青少年的体质水平,国家体育总局向所有学校发出重要号召:通过各学校阳光体育运动活动来带动我国群众体育运动事业的不断发展。基于组织学的视角,将阳光体育运动和组织进行充分融合和研究,分析高等院校阳光运动组织吸引力相关因素的形成,并且对其自身吸引力所展现出的当前的发展水平,并提出了提升的方法。

To comprehensively improve teenagers’physique level in our country,the state sport general administration calls upon to all schools:the continuous development of populace sports enterprises should be promoted by carrying on sunlight sports activities in each school in our country.In that case,this paper makes a study on integrating sunshine sports with organizations from the perspective of histology,analyzes factors forming of the attractiveness of college sunlight organizations,and puts forward the method of promoting the level of development displayed by the current attractiveness.
